Join us on a comprehensive journey to mastering the EIAC accreditation process through our dynamic and interactive training sessions. Day One will focus on the EIAC accreditation process and essential preparation tips, along with an investigation into the key principles that underpin the standards including the Quality Management System requirements. Learn to build a strategic Gantt chart, map out milestones, and follow step-by-step guidance for completing the assessment form and engaging in a smooth onsite visit. An afternoon session will  focus on the Quality Manual, internal auditing per ISO 9001, and a detailed exploration of Chapters 4 (Ethical Conduct), 5 (Structural & Governance), and 6 (Resource), with practical guidance on evidence collection.

Day Two  delivers a deep dive into Chapters 7 (Health, Safety & Risk), 8 (Healthcare Services), and 9 (Evaluation & Improvement), introduces Annex A (Medical Tourism) and B (Telehealth), explains Corrective Action Reports, and showcases the tangible benefits and outcomes of accreditation.

Participants will gain the clarity, confidence, and tools to navigate EIAC accreditation and elevate quality in their healthcare facility.

4.Steps on how to fill out the assessment form and prepare for survey (steps to accreditation)

Session 3 
1.Compliance Ratings/Overall award decision guidelines
2.What happens before and during the onsite visit (timetable, opening and closing meetings, interviews, review of documentation) – tips to make the process go as smoothly as possible.
3.Steps after the onsite visit

Session 4 
1.Quality Manual
