This is an introductory training course to present the revised EIAC healthcare provider accreditation standards themes relating to international best practice for sustainability and workforce wellbeing.
Quality teams, Human Resource Executives, Leadership, Procurement teams, Accreditation Coordinators, healthcare professionals, consultants, regulatory authority and government officials.
The morning session will focus on the concept of sustainability in healthcare settings including how to manage environmental risks and implement sustainable processes into everyday operations in both large and small facilities. This practical training session will explore simple, actionable approaches to reducing environmental impact, improving resource efficiency, and embedding sustainability into routine healthcare practices. The session is a preview into the EIAC revised standards that are aligned with ISQua, ISO and other international benchmarks and is in collaboration with the Dubai Health Authority.
The afternoon session introduces the workforce wellbeing requirements in EIAC’s revised standards. Participants will explore how to identify and manage workplace risks such as fatigue, stress, burnout and moral injury, strengthen psychological safety and confidential, non-punitive reporting; and provide effective support for staff. Using practical examples, participants will consider how to turn the standards into proportionate policies, everyday practices and measurable improvements. The session is designed to support implementation in healthcare facilities of all sizes including smaller organisations with limited resources.
Upon completion of the course:
1. Certificate of Completion – Awarded to participants who successfully pass the final exam.
2. Certificate of Participation – Provided to those who participate but do not meet the passing criteria.
